Postgraduate Mexican Fiesta

Buses will leave promptly at 5:30PM from the UWA gym so please be sure to arrive with plenty of time. Those who are unable to make this time are still welcome to purchase tickets if you are able to make your way to the restaurant. Buses will leave the venue to return to University Hall at 11pm. Please stay with your Postgraduate rep and RAs on the journey to and from the buses.

Please note this event is only open to postgraduate students living at university hall. As there is a limited capacity, plus 1's can only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Please email postgrad@unihallresclub.com if you have any questions. Adiós.

UNIVERSITY HALL RESIDENTS CLUB CODE OF CONDUCT
Residents are legally and financially responsible for any damage they cause to persons or property at, or within close proximity, of the event. This includes damage to property or equipment of third parties regardless if they are contracted by Resclub.
Residents who wish to invite a non-resident guest to the event will be responsible for their guest’s behaviour. In the case of damage done by a non-resident guest, legal and financial liability will extend to the University Hall resident responsible for them.
Alcohol is to be consumed responsibly. Resclub does not condone excessive drinking. If you are deemed to be intoxicated prior to or upon your arrival at the location of the event, you will be refused entry and will be transported back to University Hall at your own cost. Tickets will not be refunded if you are refused entry. Any decisions towards intoxicated or anti-social guests including refusal of entry, removal from the event and transport back to University Hall is under the discretion of venue staff, security and University Hall Residents’ Club Committee members. All decisions will be final and further consequences may follow, including but not limited to reporting to University Hall Reslife or the University of Western Australia.
Refunds or name changes (on tickets) are available for all guests up to 48 hours before the event. Within 48 hours, refunds cannot be performed but names can still be changed if notice is given within a reasonable time.
If any guest attempts to sell a ticket or tickets at a cost higher than the original cost the ticket will be cancelled with no option for refund. It is the discretion of the University Hall Resident’s Club to exercise the right to cancel a ticket and refuse entry and further disciplinary actions may be taken against the offending guest.
